The
Interrogator will feature a balanced mix of multiple game
play genres. This mix will include environmental distractions,
tactical shooting, intense combat and interactions combined
with the use of environmental objects to use creatively
according to particular situations. For example, The Interrogator
can break a window and use a shard of glass as a means of
defending himself or turning up the sound of a stereo to
avoid being heard. The blend of this unique game play will
be delivered with an emphasis on presentation, story, and
a massive environment to provide a fully playable cinematic
experience.
The
player will co-ordinate with a team of other hired mercenaries
that each provide specialization to a mission. The player
character will have free will to make their own decision
on which mercenary to hire for the mission or perform the
mission solo. The player will NOT have the ability to take
control of any character other than the lead character (The
Interrogator), as all team members will be controlled by
an A.I. system built around the actions of The Interrogator.
For example if The Interrogator calls in a request to a
NPC member or displays an action it will trigger the NPC’s
to react according to presets decided before the mission.
Foreshadowing will also be available to allow the player
to switch between camera modes built into every mercenaries
head unit to help the player perform more precise actions
and commands.
